I have problems. That is just a simple fact. They have been there since the beginning and are getting in the way of my progress as a person and human being for a long time. This little ramble is probably not going to help, but at least I did something. My issues revolve around me being emotional. That is the main obstacle. All other subtopics are connected to this simple trait. Being emotional is not bad, but being too emotional can lead to obvious drawbacks in your life. It is like a rollercoaster, too optimistic, too angry, too sad, or too happy. It goes on and on and quickly, like a switch. Getting emotional means losing much of your thought process, and you often lose control of what you are saying. Sometimes it is so bad that you lose a lot from that session. Emotions drive people to do crazy things, so it is important on how to control them and when is it an appropriate time to talk about your feelings to someone in an orderly manner.

Control over your emotions is tough and often broken by temptation, There is that nagging feeling that you could do better if you just raise your voice. Which often leaves you shouting out at someone. Understand that being emotional does help a conversation. It clouds your judgment and thinking process and just in general, a mess. People have a perspective on you and if you think it is wrong, you tell them, in a manner that is acceptable, that is not the case. You do not have to use emotions as a way to drive the conversation. All you really need is information, your thought process, and a voice. Your physical body is also an important factor, being inside and doing the same routine day after day wears the mind down, and eventually, it breaks down. Keeping a healthy diet and workout helps with the mind and body. Just going out for a walk will benefit you mentally and physically.

Emotions are just a part of humanity, but when it gets too much, that is when problems start to emerge. Being emotionless is also a trait that can lead to problems. Having a balance is crucial when it comes to your life and others around you. I know this little story has flaws and errors. But that is not the point. The main lesson out of this is maturity and growth. Having self-control over your emotions will make you more mature and grow better as a human as a whole. Maybe after this, I'll apologize to the people that care for me and end up getting attacked by my emotions. And to this, I say, " I am sorry for my actions. I never wanted to hurt you in any way, but my emotions caught me off guard. I hope you understand this and forgive me. I love you, with all my heart."
