I sat on the couch, still trying to force my memories to kick in. There was a knock on the door and I watched as Rylee opened it revealing a family. The mother came in slowly and walked towards me. "Jade?" She asked, muffled by tears. I thought for a moment. "From what Rylee has explained to me, I'm guessing you're my mother." I said. She took a deep breath and nodded then turned to everyone standing by the door. "What about them?" She asked, pointing towards the man and the two pre teens. "Um I'm guessing my father and siblings." I replied. She nodded. "Do you know your siblings names?" She asked. I looked at them, both their faces filled with worry and tears streaked down their faces. I felt tears begin to fall from my own face as I shook my head. My mother sat down beside me and gently rubbed my back. Not caring, I wrap my arms around her and bury my face in her neck and cried. "Should I call him?" Rylee asked. "Yes!" My mother said. She held me as I cried in frustration. How can I not remember anything of my life? "Shhh Shhh sweetie! It's okay! We'll figure it out!" My mother said, still gently rubbing my back. "He'll be here this afternoon!" Rylee said. I felt my mother nod. I wasn't sure who was coming this afternoon, but I hope once I see him I'll recognize him, but I'm not counting on it.
