Chapter 1: Underhaul

Izuku is now age 16, what should've been his second year of what would be high school
Shie Hassaikai hideout

"Underhaul! Get over here!" A man in a bird mask yelled.

"What do you want Overhaul?" A teenager walked over the the man. He had dark circles under his eyes, and was wearing a similar bird mask.

"We made a deal with a villain group called the League of Villains."

"What's this deal?"

"They want to attack the new USJ facility. We want money and their alliance."

"What do I have to do with this?"

"We're sending you to help them attack the USJ."

"Fine. But I want a pay raise."

"If this mission is successful, you will get your pay raise."

"Fine. I'll be sure to succeed."

"Great. Now, here's the address to their hideout." The man named Overhaul handed it to the teenager named Underhaul. "Go talk to them and figure out the plan."

"Sure. See you later Chisaki."

Third person POV
On the way to the LOV hideout, UA high school front gates

"Iida!" A young girl with brown hair ran into Underhaul as he was walking and knocked him down.

"Oops! I'm sorry!" He looked up at her. He instantly recognized her. She was that girl in the sports festival that lost to.....Bakugo.

"I'm fine." He got up. "You're that girl from the sports festival, right? The zero-gravity quirk user."

"Yeah! I'm glad you recognize me! Except..." She sighed. "I lost pretty badly." Then, she squinted her eyes. "Do I know you from somewhere?"

"No, you don't. Anyways, I've got to go."

"Alright. And, sorry." Underhaul just waved his hand.

"It's fine." Then, he walked away.

Ochaco looked back at the man, curious. He looked familiar, like she had seen him before. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked over to Iida.

"Hey Iida. Where's your girlfriend?"

"Mei is not my girlfriend!" Iida responded.

"Then why did you two hang out yesterday? Alone? In your house?" Iida blushed, clearly flustered.

"J-Just get to class Uraraka!" Iida yelled, doing his robot arms. Ochaco laughed at how silly her classmate was.

"Alright. Let's go Iida."

"So, they sent you?" The hand man asked.

"Yes."

"Who are you?"

"Underhaul."

"Quirk?"

"......."

"Quirk?"

"Don't have one."

"Why would they send me a quirkless kid?"

"Just because I don't have a damn quirk doesn't mean I can't fight."

"Really? Prove it." Underhaul took off his bird beak.

"This enough proof."

"Ah. So you're the guy who destroyed all those hero corporations. You were on tv. Not bad."

"Just tell me the plan. I want my pay raise from Chisaki."

"Fine. We attack next week. An insider told us that All Might will be assisting at the USJ, and we have a thing we want to test on him."

"Fine. I'm ready when you need me. Just call Chisaki, and he'll tell me when."

"Alright, we're counting on you."

"Izuku Midoriya."
