"Who does that trigger happy, self absorbed, jar head think he is," I mumbled as I paced back and forth,
I was only a kid when that happened, and that was only because I got scared,
I can't really remember that night except for the fire, I thought
Loki POV
As I got closer to her door it was getting unusually hot,
"Is it me or is it warm in here?" I mumbled
her door opened, she was about to leave when she saw me,
"Loki what are you doing here?" She asked
I could feel the heat coming off of her,
"I've come to see if you are alright?" I said
She arched her brow,
"After all the hurtful things pirate man said to you," I said
"Pirate man? oh you mean Fury," She giggled at my nick name for him
"Is that you're nick name for him?" She asked
"It is," I said with a smile,
"Come let us walk," I said
I felt the heat that was so strong start to dye down, I thought
This beautiful creature has been so mistreated, caged and for what just because of the power she possesses, for something she's done? I thought as I looked at her her skin glowing in the light,
And yet I find myself wanting to know her more,to know her strengths and weaknesses I want to know everything no not for power but just for the reason,
What is it that draws me to her? is it the pain she's suffered that I can somehow relate to or is it just something as simple as the way she looks at me the look in her eyes so full of trust even though she's been mistreated, I thought
The only thing I was sure of I wanted her to keep looking at me that way and I wanted to protect her at all costs what is happening to me I thought
She looked up at me,
"What is it?" She asked
"I just wanna know if you're alright?" I asked
"I'm fine Loki, but thank you for worrying about me," She said smiling at me
No matter what I'm gonna keep her safe even from Pirate man I thought
