Toxin The First Ride

Up but not like an insomniac

Kenzo got some injections and was ready to go home. When he was violently slashing his hands at the tools on the tray and he was going this all while his eyes were closed. They put him to sleep by forcing the anesthesia mask back on him. He woke up and everything was ok. He went home after his mom and dad persuaded the doctors nothing was wrong with him. The car ride was silent. That's when they remembered. Their house is gone. Kenzo lived with his aunt and uncle a few minutes away.

The night they went to sleep, Kenzo couldn't sleep, he had to sneak out. He had done it a few times before but this time there is a requirement of sneaking out tonight. He had to. He stood up, put his red hoodie on and walked out. He climbed on the roof and stared down his city. The silent city starts to look beautiful the more Kenzo stared into the lit up "closed" sign of the pharmacy from around the corner. The window from the neighbors house reflected it perfectly. Kenzo heard Sirens fading in. Kenzo thought about going then he thought to himself "you just don't learn do you? Maybe I can go if I don't jump out of the window like an idiot... now or never Kenzo, don't be scared, Let's go!"

Kenzo felt weak to his stomach as he followed the sirens. He cut through the streets by cutting through the woods and there he was, at a shop. "A shop?? I was so afraid so go to a shop? Wow, smart move Kenzo.."

Suddenly as he's walking away he sees a hooded man run from out back the shop and rushes behind a neighboring building. Kenzo though if he kept walking straight he was bound to see that man again. Kenzo started walking nonchalantly in the street when he sees the guy stare into his eyes as he ran by. Kenzo was so focused on staring into his eyes he doesn't see how close they got. The guy says "MOVE KID!!"

They collide and Kenzo gets launched 6 feet away. Kenzo gets up and realizes what happened. He gets aggravated. That man is collecting all the money back into the bag when Kenzo blacks out.

The man sees a shadow being casted upon him and he turns around and punches the figure thinking it's a police officer. It was no officer, it was a half red bald black, creature in the shape of a man. Kenzo awakes and sees the mans face. As the face that the man punched seems to consume his fist a little big he tries to pull back. He can't move it.. "LET GO OF ME YOU BASTARD!"

The creature then punched the man unconscious. One punch was all it took. The creature runs off, climbing up buildings and jumping off of them. They then end up at the aunt and uncles house and the creature is gone. It's only Kenzo. His whole body hurts again.. it was in a lot of pain but he could carry through out the night.
