minho could not sleep at all last night. he kept rolling around his bed, laying in any kind of position you can think of. he was absolutely afraid.

afraid of what jisung would think of him. he just hoped jisung would at least glance at him tomorrow. he really needed to confess for real.

jisung walked down the school hallways looking like a zombie. he, too didn't really get any sleep which ended up giving him eyebags. he stayed up all night contemplating about minho's text.

his heart fluttered reading them. truthfully, he doesn't know if he can really trust minho but well, knowing jiyeon, he has a small spark of hope inside him saying that minho didn't mean to kiss her.

and so he decided to talk to minho today.

sungie
let's meet up at the rooftop during lunch. don't be late

minho just stared at the clock above the whiteboard during class. he observed the clockwise while fidgeting with the pen in his hand. he waited until they would stop at a certain time.

that certain time came when the bell rang, indicating that it's time for lunch. he quickly packed all his things and bursted out of the classroom, not caring if he accidentally bumped into someone.

when he finally reached the rooftop, he rested his hand on his knees to catch his breath. he had been running all the way here.

when his breathing was steady enough, he looked up and recognized the figure sitting at ground. the figure was staring at the blue sky, looking at the fluffy clouds and naming their shapes.

minho chuckled at how adorable the younger was. hearing that sound snapped jisung back to his senses. he fake coughed, feeling slightly embarrassed.

minho carefully sat beside him. "sungie? look, yesterday really was not how it seems like. she forced me to do so, i swear. i only like you, han jisung. you're the only who captured my heart. your beautiful features, your personality, your imperfections, all of that made me fall for you. i completely understand if you don't want to catch me falling or if you need some time," he sighed. "i'll get going now."

minho slowly stood up but a soft hand grabbing his wrist prevented him from moving further. "wait," jisung softly said.

"i-i like you too. a lot. i never really paid attention to you at school but during all those times we hung out i find myself slowly falling for you. deeper and deeper. there's truly nothing i do not love about you. i like, or dare i say, love you, lee minho."

time seems to stop for the both of them. they stared at each other's eyes, getting lost . they can see the sincere love inside those sparkling orbs.

the older swiftly grabbed jisung's other hand and pulled him up to stand. he delicately cupped his cheek, searching for any sign of discomfort. when the younger slightly nods, minho wasted no time closing the distance between them.

the kiss was soft yet passionate. jisung slowly snaked his arms behind the older's neck while minho had his other arm wrapping around jisung's waist.

they poured their emotions into the kiss, just quietly savouring the moment. neither wanting to pull away from the wonderful feeling. it was magical. something they're unfamiliar to but won't hesitate to feel it again.

they finally pulled away from each other, breathless. they connected their foreheads with a soft smile decorating their faces.

"i love you, han jisung"

"i love you too, lee minho"

the end.

this finally ended, gosh it's so terrible. i honestly don't think i put a lot of effort into this but seeing people voting for this story makes me feel guilty, really. for not updating frequently and overall the book. however thank you so much for enjoying reading this book, i love you guys!

i'll try my best to write an epilogue or a special chapter, whichever you'd like to call it. once again, thank you very much! 💞💞
