A BNHA/MHA story. It's about UA starting a vigilante/anti hero/mercenary rehab program. It's mostly for the schools image. Two neutral side forces are captured.
One, a nice, hard working, vigilante named Saito Masaaki. Saito always wanted to get into UA, but he missed the orientation program by one hour and decided to help people by becoming a vigilante. His quirk was teleportation. He could only travel around 20 feet but he could do it multiple times. If he does it too much, his body will start to give out on itself from over exhaustion. A fine travel quirk, but he made it better by him having two nightsticks for surprise attacks. He was caught by Eraserhead, for he was out skilled in combat and couldn't teleport away.
The second one was basically not that at all. Mason Lepoint is a hired mercenary. Who only cares about one thing and one thing alone. Cash. He doesn't care who he kills or what he does, all he cares about is that he gets payed at the end of the day. He was originally born in the States, but was forced to come here when the bounty on his head got to high for him to handle. His quirk is that he can morph any part of his body that he can control into a Gun or Blade. The downside is that his defense in that body part is severely lowered, meaning that it could break easily. And if it breaks, that limb breaks. With that drawback, he still carries guns with him just to do a quick job without any danger to him coming along. He was captured by a team of Endeavor and Eraserhead, because Eraserhead took care of his quirk, but the guns he kept with him were able to bring Eraserhead to his knees and let Mason escape, or so he thought. He was stopped by endeavor who was able to take down the Mercenary with only a little difficulty.
