                                              Here are some of the basic rules that will help us maintain the decorum of the award. Please read these carefully.

✨Participants✨

                          ▶️ No bullying, bribing the judges, or plagiarism. If you do so, you will be disqualified and banned from the community.
                          ▶️ You must follow BGCommunity and your assigned Judges. You may unfollow after the awards. 
                          ▶️ We do accept Mature and LGBTQ books. 
                          ▶️ Your book should have at least 5 chapters, excluding preface or prologue, to qualify.
                          ▶️ Poetry books should have at least 6 poems written in them.
                          ▶️ Your short stories have to be marked completed.
                          ▶️ Your book has to be in the English language.
                          ▶️ As payment, we highly suggest you read three chapters of the mentioned book of your assigned judge and leave 5+ inline comments (comments which were made of only emojis will not be counted.) Our judges are giving their time in reading your books, hence it is only proper that we support their work. 
                          ▶️ If you change your USERNAME or BOOK TITLE please inform us through PM. Although we advise against such change during the course of the awards.  
                          ▶️ If you have any issue, please send our community account a PM. If we do not get back to you within 24 hours, kindly PM any of our admins. We will try to help you in whatever way we can. 
                          ▶️ There will be 10 books per genre. You can enter 2 books but the entries should be in different genres.
                          ▶️ You have to add this book and our Community Notice Board to your private library and public reading lists so that you can be made aware of new updates about the awards and our community in general. 
                          ▶️ Password is your favourite beverage. This is to ensure that you have read all the rules.

                          ✨Judges✨
                          ▶️ We need committed judges. You will be required to read 10 books and judge them, in under a 4-week period. We don't want you to leave us hanging in the middle, especially that we have arranged a considerable payment scheme for you. Apply as a judge only if you are committed and if you think you can meet our requirements. 
                          ▶️ You will have to read 5 chapters of the books you are assigned and judge it on the basis of the parameters given in the next chapter. 
                          ▶️ You must follow the BGCommunity.
                          ▶️ You must have a discord account so we can communicate with you properly during the judging period. Communication is the key here people. 
                          ▶️ The number of volunteer judges we require is very limited. So again please be sure that you can meet our requirement before applying. 
                          ▶️ If you wanna back out from judging please tell us before the judging period starts so we can assign your task to someone else.
