John Rhodes: A young, early 20's, fairly lean man. He walks around with a cane due to a childhood accident that has left his left leg lame. He resides in the beach house he inherited from his uncle, and makes money delivering groceries all over town, and to the folks on the outskirts. He appears to be well-versed in literature.

Misora Kiko: A Japanese-German woman in search of her younger sister whom she last heard from in New York. She is currently on the run from the Lodge, though her affiliation with them is unclear. It is unknown as to how she had traveled to America, or how long she has been here in search of her sister, but she is dedicated to find her.

Mr. Peterson: The leader of the Lodge, a fanatic patriotic community and vigilante group. Its members are dedicated to helping their country's war, and showing their patriotism even going so far as to hunt down alleged war criminals. Mr. Peterson is an expert gunman with sharp hunting skills. He will stop at nothing to help his country, and is obsessed with his ideals.
