Chapter 31: Hot Spring

I sat up next to her.

"What??" This is not the time to joke about this." I said not buying her answer.

"Come to think of it, I've kiss you first. I always made the first move. How can you not believe me?" She looks a bit offended.

I giggle softly.

"I dress like my brother. Seriously you said OLI.." I repeated.

"I meant Olivia.. geez, O.. you got me all hot and bothered for nothing." She said a little pissed.

"You're not lying?" I asked unsure.

She got out of my bed.

"Whatever I'm sleeping now." She said as she lay down on my comforter again.

"But why are you dating my brother then?" I asked suspiciously.

"We already broke up. You also know this right? At my birthday? I told you.." she reminded me.

I tried to think of it some more.

"But you two made up. You told me." I countered.

"We decided to stay friend. Urgh, you're just assuming all of these on your own." She said while pulling her blanket.

"But you still dated him.. right after we almost slept together." I reminded her.

Okay, I'm still a little salty about that.

"Because I wanted to get over you." She replied honestly.

I stayed silent.

This revelation is making my mind hurt.

"Anymore you want to know?" She asked after awhile.

"You've always been so obsessed about my brother. It never crossed my mind that you will think about me in that sort of way." I replied sincerely.

She sat up and lean closer to me while she was still sitting on the floor.

"I was.. I thought I was..." she replied.

She place her hand on the edge of my bed.

"Everything changes after that night.. I'm not sure.. maybe even before that. I don't exactly know when it started. I just knew that my feelings for you were growing." She took a deep breath.

"To be honest, it scared me.." she said lastly.

I'm well aware of that feeling.

"I understand." I replied nodding.

I moved closer and reach down to face her.

We are now just a few inches a part.

"You're not scared anymore right?" I asked.
