Chapter 2 talking to mum

Bella's POV

The phone rang once, twice, three times. I was getting impatient. Than a jolly voice answered the phone " hi Hun how you doin?" Renée asked "not too good. can you help me with something?" Hoping I could get the works out " Of corse darling what is it? Is it a boy?" She was getting exited now "yes. Well two actually." I was getting shy now " Ooo tell me. Is it Edward? I thought you were happy with him what happened?" Renée was eager "well I was, well I still am. It's just... well you know Jacob Black?" I said trying to spit the words out " yes!!" she was trying to edge me on "well I may like him as well." I explained sighing " And if I choose one of them than I can't see the other one!" "Why? Can't you just be friends with one?" Renée was curious "why don't I come over and see you?" She was desperate to meet Jacob I could tell "no" I shouted alarmed by her proposal. If she came she would be pulled into my ring of bad luck. "I need to go see you later." It was no use no one could help me.
I had to make my mind up on my own.

I decided to go see Edward. Getting into my truck I drove to Edwards big, white house. Walking thorough into the living room the whole family was there. Esme with her motherly face sat next to Edwards dad. Alice danced over to me dragging jasper, her mate, with her. Emmett smiled and Rosalie just stood there like nothing had happened.

I saved Edwards face for lasts, his golden eyes melting as they looked into mine. Walking swiftly over to me, took my hand and we ran up to his room. " have you decided yet?" He asked quietly "no" I sighed " oh ok. well just remember I will make you happy, and don't worry as soon as you choose me I will rip that mutt into shreds!" His face was grim as he said this. I think he saw the alarm on my face because his gaze softened " what if I choose his than!" Said defending Jake " than I will catch you and keep you to my self!" He said seriously "Well you might no be able to catch me. I might change and be faster than you. Maybe if you get to close I will hurt you!" After I said that I shuddered. Thinking it was bad but saying it was worse, even though it might be true. " what do you mean change?" He asked slowly " I mean if I choose Jake, I will be a werewolf!" I said. " a WEREWOLF? No Bella don't do this to me. Don't tern into a mutt." He shouted " Edward it's not you future it's mine so I will pick not you. Actually I know who I'm going to pick. I will go tell him now!" I strutted away but Edward grab my arm " Bella don't go." he pleaded softly. glaring at him I pulled my arm away "don't touch me!"
