I walked the streets alone. Its not that I'm totally alone. Its just that I find people unreliable and annoying. There were the occasional few who didn't bother me. They're my best friends, but right now. I just needed to be alone.

I walked to a bench in a park. I sat down and pulled out my book. I was reading "one of us is lying" by john green I think. I eventually pulled out a cigarette and lit it. My parents hounded me for smelling like cigarettes but I told them it was my "clingy boyfriend" who smoked. I closed the book with my fabulous bookmark of my favorite hero, the now #1 hero Endeavor.

I take a deep breath and close my eyes as I exhale. I open them and enjoy the scenary. The beautiful clouds and the way the sun casted shadows. It was breath taking. I smiled, which is something I do but rarely mean. The scent of cigarette smoked filled my nose and lungs. It was comforting. It felt like being hugged. It was the only reliable thing i had. Besides my income at my job. I took another deep breath and  tried to blow the smoke from my nose. Which cause me to start coughing my lungs out because I'm fucking DUMB.

"Hey there, you're not dying on me are you?"

I coughed more being startled. I form a shuriken and held it tightly in my hand. I look at the person to see,, Mina Ashido! She laughed.

"Wow l/n! You're easy to scare." She giggled. I rolled my eyes and smiled at her. Shes annoying, but my only annoying friend. "I'm dead mentally." I wheeze out recovering from my no-oxygen-attack. She smiled at me and her raccon eyes glowed.

"I came her to take you to the mall with me." She giggled standing up. My eyes widened. "Woah thats kinda uhm. Crowded." I chuckled nervously. I stop, "Wait how'd you know I was here." She looked away. "I had Midoriya install a find my phone app and added you on it. You're not the only one though!" She gave a simple shy smile and poked her fingers together.

"Oh okay, but I don't need anything." I say packing my stuff and rubbing my cigarette butt on the ground putting it out. "Of course you think that, but what you don't know is that we put you on a blind date!" She said waving a finger in the air. I went to speak but she shoved her waving finger on my lips. "Now before you say 'I'm not intrested in love and stuff.' We set you up with the most compatible kid in our class!" She grabbed my hand and started walking towards the mall.

Compatible? I think for a moment. 'Who would that be? Someone who thinks straight and cares more for their career right now.' I whine. "Oh my god you set me with Iidaaaa! Mina he's so annoying what the hell!" She snorts. "No doofus we set you up with Bakugou."

I nearly choke on my saliva. Bakugou? The man who has a temper worse than Zeus himself. "Thats even WORSE!!" I yell at her but she laughs. I notice that I was actually closer to the mall than I realized because were already almost there. "Haha are you kidding? You guys both have a temper and you guys both feel nothing. Sounds pretty perfect to me."

Thats what they based it off of. Oh my GOD. I groan in annoyance. This is why I don't have annoying friends. I start thinking of excuses to get out of my date with satans son and I dont notice we got there. She pulled me all the way to the dress section. She pulled out a black dress with f/c diagonal stripes.

"Oh my GOD l/n this is totally your color!" She squeals putting it next to you for comparison. "Yeah." I look away blusing. "Wow I can't believe we found a dress for you this quickly... were you just trying to say that so we can leave quicker?" She looks at me quizzically. "What! No its pretty I love it!" I defend with the most default answer ever. She sighs. "Oh kay." She smiles.

We get heels and makeup and shit and walked around the mall for an hour. We eventually started to roam around for other items we could possibly want to buy. Chatting up a storm, some how because I don't have much to talk about, we wondered into hot topic.

"Oh my god l/n do you think they have hero merch?" My eyes glowed. "I hope so." I looked around with mina and found the hero merch part. It was mostly All might, even though he retired. I looked around and saw an Endeavor pin. A singular pin. The last one. I squeal mentally as I grab from the plastic box mounted to the wall.
"Ooo Endeavor. I forgot he was you're favorite." I punch her jokingly in the shoulder. "Wow what a bitch." I laugh. I look over to see merch of a blonde guy with red wings. "Who's that?" She gasps.

"How do you NOT know. Thats the one and only Hawks!!" She squealed putting her hands to her face fangirling. "Hes so hot!" I squint at her and look back at the merch. "I guess hes kinda cute." I hear laughter behind us after I say that. "Wow I can't believe you didn't know who i was," Mina's face turns bright red and looks at the wall while I turn to see the guy on the merch. "but flattered you guys find me cute." My face burns red.

"Oh my god." Mina manages to spit out as she finally looks at him. "You're Hawks!!" She squealed happily. She pulled put her phone and flipped it over so the case was facing him. "Can you sign my phone!" She jumped up and down. I looked at them silently. He pulls put a sharpie and signs her case. He then smiles at us.

"I'm feeling generous today. I think I'll pay for your stuff here and maybe I'll buy you lunch." He smirks and raises his eye brows. Mina's eyes glowed. "Oh my god really!! That'd be freaking amazing!!" She grinned. I look at my Endeavor pin. "I'm okay I'll pay for it myself." I manged to say. "No no I insist." Mina and him walked up to the cash register as I walked behind him shyly.

'Why am I so shy I'm gonna be a hero one day? This shouldn't be scary.' Hawks looks at me and we make eye contact. 'Noooo awkward!' He smiles. "Hey sweetheart are you buying anything?" I blush. "Oh yeah just uhm," I get taken aback at the nickname and forget how to speak. "I'm just getting this Endeavor pin." I say weakly. He laughs and takes it from my hands. "So you're an Endeavor fan too?" He asks. I don't reply. He pays and gives Mina the bag as we turn towalk towards the cafe. She looks at me.

"He called you sweetheart." She whispered to me. "I knooh hoooow" I whine being really nervous. We look at him and he chuckles. "You girls like what you see?" Mina squeals and I just look away. He orders us food and we sit down. He goes to join us but his phone rings. He groans. "Damn sorry to leave but duty calls." He smirks at us and waves. "Bye Hawks thank you!!" Mina smiles at him waving enthusiastically. I ignore the fact that he had to leave.

Mina snaps. "OH MY GOD WE JUST MET HAWKS AND I DIDN'T GET HIS PICTURE!!" She yells. "Jeez its just a guy so what?" I state and she whines back at me. "Yeah but hes cuteee" she said sipping on her pop. "And he was totally into you. Maybe we should switch your blind date to him." She snickers. "HA no, hes annoying as shit." I laugh nervously. She shrugs. "I guess, but he totally was flirting with you. Man I can't believe you didn't even say bye. Ouch." She smiles. I don't reply but she still chit chats away. We're such polar opposites. How are we even friends.
