Chapter 15

My head aches from staring at my calculus problems for too long. I had a huge test tomorrow that was worth 30% of my grade. I slam my books closed and sigh.

I hear a tap at my window I smile knowing exactly who is it. "Hey" Peter says as I open my balcony door "Hey spidey" I say "So I don't know if you are busy right now but I want to show you something" he says I frown knowing that I have to study.

"I have to study,I'm sorry" I say sadly "It'll be quick I promise" he looks me in my eyes "I don't know" I debate. "Please" he plea's grabbing one of my hands. I cave "fine" I say "One sec" I shut my light off and lock my bedroom door.

"This better be worth it Parker" I say walking onto the balcony "Hold on" Peter says. I put my arms around his neck he grips my waist.

Peter starts swinging from building to building "Parker if you drop me I will literally kill you" I say looking down he chuckles. "You're fine" he says laughing.

He brings me to this roof top. That has a picnic and it has candles surrounding it.

"What's this Peter?" I ask smiling "Just thought I'd do something nice" he takes his mask off. His face looks adorable lit up by the candle light.

He leads me over to the picnic and sits me down. "Are you hungry?" He asks pulling the basket of food towards him. I nod he grabs out some strawberries and chocolate chip cookies.

"I didn't really know what food to bring" he says nervously "It's fine you didn't really have to do any of this" I point out.

"I know but I noticed you have been super stressed about school lately I felt bad" he says why does he feel bad about me being stressed out? How did he even know I was stressed out? "Thank you Peter this is all very sweet of you" I smile.

We sit in silence not awkward silence but comfortable silence. We finish eating "So why did you really bring me up here?" I ask he cocks his head to the side "Come on Peter no one just does something this sweet because I'm stressed" I say moving a bit closer to him.

He rolls his eyes "I felt bad" he says looking at me "Whatever" I say smiling.

I scoot over to Peter and lay my head on his shoulder. I look up at the stars "The sky looks pretty" I point "You look prettier" he says subtly. I smile to myself.

"Hey I should probably take you home it's getting late and we have that big test tomorrow" he says he puts his mask on. I am disappointed. I nod he takes me back to my balcony.

I take Peter's mask off and kiss him on the cheek. "Goodnight Peter" I say walking back into my room he grabs my wrist to stop me.

I look back at him "What's up?" I ask he let's go "Oh um uh never-mind" he's says I start to walk into my room again he grabs my wrist again and kisses me.

My eyes widen then I kiss him back he pulls me closer to him. We stop kissing I smile at him. "Woah" He says I laugh I put my hand on his cheek. "I have to go to bed" I say then I kiss him again.

He puts his mask on and swings off I go back into my room and smile like a dork.
