The Milky Way is just another cell on an insanely gigantic alien being. Inside each and every one of our cells, there are another reality just like our very own Milky Way and so on. That makes it possible that there are infinity amounts of universes out there.
That is also why there are no so-called aliens that we could find, because they are too big or too small to be found. Who says that aliens must be conveniently sized so similar to humans on Earth that we could see them with our own naked eye?
