Chapter 1 - Congenital

Author's POV

The sun was shining bright at a morning, in the City of Tenki 20XX, in the 'Zushi Hospital' it was a day like any other doctors and nurses assisting patients that are ill or injured in the infirmary, patients that have committed suicide, had what ever kind of accident or even pregnancy, in the Emergency Room(ER) the brunette groaned from the pain of pushing the offspring out of her while her husband beside her has a grasp of her hand for support moments later the room was filled with the baby's cries.

The doctor cut the placenta that was attached to the navel of the offspring. The doctor then gave the nurse the baby to cleanse.

The brunette was panting and sweating and his husband whispering sweet nothings in her ear to serene his now weary wife. After a couple of minutes the brunette finally calmed down.

Akira's POV

Thank goodness. Jesus. Finally that's all over. "Its alright now, it's all over" my husband, Daiki, said with his reassuring calming voice beside me still holding his hand is all I can remember after drifting off to slumber.

Moments later...

I woke up with my husband still beside me holding a baby, which I assume is our baby. "Oh, you're finally awake" he laid the baby beside me "So what do you want to call him?" I stared at him with delight after I put more thought on to it I finally choose a name "I chosen the name Yamato, Kurosawa Yamato" I said with a bright smile on my face "That's a wonderful name" he replied with a small smile on his face.

The longhaired brunet doctor came in "My apologies, but did you decided the child's name yet? " the doctor asked "Yes, his name will be Yamato, Kurosawa Yamato" my husband replied "Ah~ what a wonderful name for my wonderful nephew" the doctor, also my twin brother Reo, said with a grin plastered on his face "Anyway, we need to fill up some papers for the kid" he added "Alrighty then, you should probably rest some more honey, I'll handle the papers and don't worry I'll check on the kids while I'm on it" my husband said with a reassuring look on his face I giggled "Okay" was my only reply back before wondering to the world of slumber once again.

Daiki's POV

I took Yamato from Akira and gave him to the nurse I followed into the halls there was silence surrounding the premises despite people walking down the halls it seems like all of the workers are on duty "So, what's the story behind it?" Reo said breaking the silence I look at him confused at what his talking about "You know, the child's name? I know my sister very well when it comes to her for instance, Amari" he said I looked at him with a puzzled look "What does my daughter have to do with it?" he sighed "Do you know our deceased dog?" he asked I just simple nodded and stared at him for a brief moment before I realized something.

"Wait...WHaT!?!? Ehhh?!? Why didnt I realize this before?" I said massaging my chin "Yup, she inherited our dog's name to your child" he said chuckling at the thought "But why though? I mean, I know that the dog meant a lot to her but just why?" I ask feeling bamboozled "It's seems that she hasn't showed you how she looked like yet" he took his leather black wallet out off his pocket and took a photo in it was twins a little brunette girl wearing a sky blue up shoulder that came with a red skirt and a young boy wearing wearing a light blue polo shirt with a red bow and trousers who appears to be Akira and Reo holding a cute pup with fur that goes blond at top fading dark brown-ish at the legs and eyes that pop the color light blue for some odd reason the pup represents my daughter, Amari.

"Well I'll be, no wonder" I said shocked at the knowledge I've learned from him while he just gave me an amuse 'hmp'.

Reo stopped on his tracks "Where are you going? We're here" I turned back and scratch the nape on my back from embarrassment "Heheheh....From all the chitchatting I haven't notice that we've arrived from our destination" I said not looking directly at his gaze "Still distracted as ever" he mumbled he was about to say something but was cut off by a nurse with short red hair that's way to her shoulders "Doc there's another pregnancy happening in the ER all the other doctors are occupied" the nurse said in a panick "Alright I'll be there in a minute" Reo said the redhead nodded as a response and run to the opposite way probably the ER "Hey Daiki, can you wait for me in my office don't worry I'll be back in a jiffy" he said following the redhead nurse.

I look at the office wooden door that has a golden plate written on it was Zushi Reo's Office I turned the cold doorknob and entered the office.

At the back of the room was a recliner and a dark oak wooden office desk scattered on it were binders, folders, papers and a silver plate written the same as the golden plate on the door earlier. At the side of the desktop were two chairs. At the right side of the room was a house plant beside it was a bookshelf, there were four shelves overall, at the top shelf was books of the human body systems at the second shelf were binders and folders that were alphabetically organized the rest were novels, novellas, magazines, and dictionaries of kinds of languages.

At the left side was a door that leads to a bathroom next to it was a metal locker that was loaded with files it must be a documentary of his patients I sat on one of the chairs and waited.

Hours later....

Reo came in "My apologies, for keeping you waiting" he apologize "No need to apologize Reo" I said my hands waving on a defense position.

"Anyway let's-" I was cut off by the ringing of my phone I took it out it saw it was my mother calling me "Hello?" she answered on the other line "Hello mom, what's up?" it was out of the blue calling all of a sudden "Oh I was just checking on how you children are doing so how did it go? And how are you doing are you alright?" she said a dread of worry  I sighed at the fact that she still treats me like a kid "Don't worry mom we're okay, I'm a responsible adult now you don't have to worry about me anymore besides I handled two children" I said to reassure her she sighed "Alrighty then just making sure that my now all grown up son is alright, I gotta go now you know busy busy" we said are goodbyes and hang up "Sorry about that my mom just called me" he took out the papers that I need to fill up and pace it on the table "It's alright here's the pen" I took the pen and thank him as you I it, it sure is and will be a busy day.
