Just like Biology everyone is staring at me when I walk back inside the gym. It's funny how I didn't notice them before when I handed the teacher my slip but I guess I was a little preoccupied with thinking of horrifying apples and the gorgeous furious Rosalie Hale.

"Bella you can go play on Angela's team today, they're playing horse to get shooting skills worked on in a fun way, because next class we'll be playing half-court teams." The gym teacher says and I nod and run over to where Angela, Alice, and two other guys who's names I don't know, but I recognized them from yesterday.

"Hey, Bella glad you can play with us." Angela says and I smile warmly at her. "Thanks, so what letter are you all at?" I question and wave to Alice who's waving at me grinning down at my socks.

"Where at 'O'.  Here let me show you what 'H' was so that you can get caught up." The buzzcut guy says since he currently has the ball. I nod and watch as he does a simple side step fake and moves to the right doing a jump shot ten feet away from the hoop.  It hits the rim but goes in and he goes and retrieves the ball and passes it to me with a cocky grin. I take off repeating his steps once I have the ball and do exactly what he just did but all you can hear from my shot is the swoosh of the ball going through the net.

"Nice job Bella." Alice says grabbing the ball and walks towards me while I do some stretching to loosen up.

"Yeah, good job." All three tell me and Alice dribbles the ball and I make eye contact with her.

"This is the one we are on now and since it's my turn I'll show you." She says and she bounces it a couple times before passing the ball between her legs and runs  bouncing the ball going under the hoop doing a reverse layup.

I nodded giving her a thumbs up when she grabs the ball again.

"I was last, but it looks like you're last to go now." She says handing me the ball and from there we continue playing horse until the whistle goes off ending class.

"Nice socks by the way." Alice says and I look down smiling.

"I have to ask." She starts to say looking shy all of a sudden and I smirk wondering if she's going to ask me if I'm gay.

"Okay, go ahead I'm all ears." I say when she doesn't stay anything and she finally looks at me with a smile.

"Since you like rainbows do you like unicorns too?" She asks with a touch of excitement in her voice and I burst out laughing: loud and hard, so hard that I have to stop walking and clutch my stomach and tears come to my eyes.

Alice watches with amusement and when I finally stop laughing and I wipe the corner of my eyes. I put my arm around her tiny shoulders.

"Alice. I guess you can say that I do love unicorns!" I say proudly and she stops and turns her head towards me confused and my arm falls off her shoulders. She did not expect my answer and looks even confused.

"You have a cute pout. Say, does it work on Jasper?" I question and tap her crunched up nose and then I continue walking with pride and a little spring in my step to bring emphasis to my rainbow tube socks that I put on this morning.

Yup, they scream that I'm gay. I've decided that everyday I'm going to wear something with gay pride on it. At first it's going to be subtle, then each day it will be more obvious and for the finale day I'm going to ask Rosalie out on a date. I smile thinking about it and I realize I'll have to do some shopping or get creative. Wearing flannel around here won't help since I've seen some girls wearing different color flannels in school already and some had their hands or arms on a guy.

I change quickly and Alice comes in and stands next to me and starts undressing while I'm tying up my shoes.

"Why do I get the feeling you were talking about something else and not the actual mythical creature." She whispers and I grin to myself and tie up my other shoe.
