Fangs and Betrayal

The day seem to be hotter than usual, rays of sunshine burning every land it hits

It wasn't always as hot as hell but things started to change when vampires started to take over the world

"Won't you ever stop smoking?" asked a girl then proceeded to snatch the stick out of another girl's fingers

"it will make me die faster" the other girl said, pulling another stick out of the box and preparing to light it up

The girl who snatched the stick earlier just rolled her eyes

Truth to be told, she was starting to lose hope for the smaller girl as she can't see improvements over the years since her mother died

"Why are you still here Rosé?" the smaller girl asked

"Lisa" Rosé said carefully trying to read the emotion that will flash with the smaller's girl face but it failed

As she was already shut out of emotions

Rosé grew silent as she did not know how to deliver the overly similar news to the girl that happens to be the same news again and again over the past 2 years

"What?" Lisa snapped impatiently

Rosé yet again remained to be silent and Lisa knew what was all of this about

"Another person was attacked?" Lisa laughed and what confuses Rosé is that the news was supposed to be mourned over and not to be laughed at

"Why are you laughing?" Rosé asked slightly getting piss at the behavior of the other girl

"It's the same news Rosé" Lisa exhaled a deep breath "over and over again" and she stopped laughing

Rosé gulped, she wanted to comfort the smaller girl as always but she cannot do anything aside from being there for her whenever she was needed and not needed

"Hey, I need to go somewhere" Lisa said flicking her stick out then grabbing her helmet from the hook behind her apartment's door

"you can stay for as long as you want" but before she can exit the door she felt a hands grabbing her wrist halting her in place

"Please don't do anything stupid" Rosé whispered as she sensed the darker thoughts that consumed Lisa once has returned

Lisa just smiled at her bestfriend before finally heading out her apartment

Lisa rode her 'death trap' as Rosé named it and went somewhere she only knew, a deserted place no one knew

She turned her ride off and kicked the stand, plopped herself at the edge of the cliff, her feet hanging on it as she swayed it forward and backward

She stared at the sea below her, she wished she could just go ahead and jump but that means she will be breaking her last promise to her mom

Lisa stayed there for a long time that she did not even noticed that the sky started to turn dark

She was so consumed by her thoughts that she did not notice anything. The calls she was receiving from her patients but mostly from Rosé

And she did not even notice that tears was falling from her eyes

She snapped out off her deep thoughts when she felt drizzle started to hit her body

It never really rained this past few months and she remembers the last time it rained

She was also crying that time. Odd timing she could say

She was ready to bring her death trap to life again but she caught something that shined beneath the woods

She took her gun out in case something might happen, instead of running away from what she saw, she went for it

She really wishes she could die now

Instead of seeing another glimpse of the shinning thing she heard a howl

Howl from a wolf, Lisa looked up. Of course, she did not notice that the moon is shinning with all of its full glory moon today

Lisa sighed but still went for it anyways because why not? She might end up dead tonight right? And that was she wanted

Lisa still reached for the woods and what she saw next made her eyes widen

A woman was slowly transforming into its wolf form. The woman might had heard her because the woman turned around

She meet Lisa's eyes, her eyes were yellow just like a typical wolf might had

Lisa was frozen in place as the wolf growl fully transforming to its wolf form

The wolf started to go towards her and Lisa pointed her gun towards the wolf direction but what she was not aware of is that the wolf has leaping ability

Lisa did not even blink her eyes and yet the wolf was now on top of her, she groaned from the impact that she took when she hit the ground knocking the air out off her

The wolf managed to dig her claws to where her paws were resting at Lisa's chest making the girl groan again for the pain

She was always ready to die but not on this way, she thought

But before the wolf can do any further damage to Lisa it was thrown to one of the trees killing it in an instant

Lisa sat up immediately gasping for air and reaching for her gun

"Lisa" someone called her

Lisa turned to face the person that called her and she came face to face with the kind always known to her

Red pupils, porcelain skin, toned body and of course fangs

A vampire

"How the fuck do you know my name?!" Lisa snapped at the person already pointing her gun to her

"Lisa you're bleeding!" the vampire announced advancing towards her, eyes widening when she saw the bleeding on Lisa's chest

"Come any closer and I will fucking pull the trigger!" Lisa said but the vampire was still taking strides towards her

So what she did exactly what she told she would do, she pulled the trigger and hit the vampire

The vampire hissed in pain but that did not stop the vampire to move towards her 

She shot her again, that was the 2nd bullet that went inside the vampire and she hisses in pain again but the vampire had enough

Suddenly Lisa was pinned on the floor, gun gone, arms pinned with the vampire's hands

Of course as Lisa expected it the vampire was strong so she did what she thought was the best and stopped fighting to be freed

"You'll come with me tonight whether you like it or not" the vampire announced commandlingly
