Chapter 1

*Ponyboys POV*

I was sitting at the table doing my homework. Well...trying to. I couldn't stop staring at Two-Bit. He's was so beautiful. And funny and cute.

He caught me staring at him and he smiled at me and returned to watching Mickey Mouse. I swear I saw him blush a little.

I sighed getting back to my homework. I wished that Johnny and Dally were here. Of course though, they weren't.

It has been 2 months since they died and I still wasn't over it. Even though the rest of the gang keeps telling me it ain't, it is.

I went up to go to the bathroom. No one else in the gang knows this but, I cut. They would kill me if they found out. I grabbed my blade and started making small cuts. They don't leave scars but they do hurt still.

When I was done, I walked out of the bathroom and went to go join Two-Bit and watch Mickey with him.

"Hey Pony." he said.

" Hi Two. " I replied as I sat down.

He turned to me.

"So, I was wondering if you wanted to go the Nightly Double with me tonight? I figured I'd ask since I was planning to and you haven't been out in a while." he said.

" Sure. It's Friday so Darry will let me. What time? " I said.

"How about 8? We'll make it back by around 11." he replied.

"Ok. Sure. Thanks for letting me come." I said.

Deep down, I was really excited because I could spend time with him. I really liked Two-Bit.

*Two-Bits POV*
I invited Pony to the Nightly Double with an because I really wanted to spend some time with him. I was starting to get feeling for him believe it or not.

I know being gay is probably wrong but who gives a shit?

I really liked Ponyboy to be honest. he was really adorable and cute and smart. God he was so beautiful.

We were getting ready to leave.

"Hey guys, please be back before midnight ok?" Darry said.

" Yeah Darry we got it bye. " Pony said.

"Bye." I said to Darry and we left.

When we got to the movie theater, we sat in the front row. It was a beach movie. One I knew Pony liked.

The movie ended around 10:30 which meant we had some time to go to the lot.

As we were walking, I made an attempt to try and hold his hand but accidentally grabbed his wrist. He winced in pain.

"Pony what's wrong?" I asked.

" Nothing Two. It's nothing. " he said nervously.

I gently grabbed his hand and yanked his sleeve up. Then I saw it. A dozen cuts all over his arms.

I started tearing up.

He looked at me in horror and then started running towards the lot.

"PONY-"

"LEAVE ME ALONE!" he screamed and continued to run.

When he finally stopped, I tackled him.

"What the hell Two!" he yelled angrily.

"Why would you do that to yourself! Why!" I yelled back just as mad.

" You wouldn't understand. " he mumbled.

"Yeah I would. Tell me." I said quietly.

We sat there in silence for a minute. Then he continued.

"I...I can't handle this." he said.

" What? " I asked.

"I- I like someone I shouldn't and...I feel like it's all my fault." he responded .

"What do you think is you're fault?" I asked.

" Everything! The church fire, Bob getting killed, Johnnya eh Dallys death! The person I love surely doesn't love me back and I know that. " he cried.

"Well, how do you know that this person doesn't like ya?" I asked.

" Because he's probably homophobic and he probably isn't gay. " he said.

"Well who is this person?" I asked.

" Its.. "

"You can tell me." I said.

" You Two-Bit. " he said.

SO....I deleted my Stevepop book because I had no ideas for it and I hope you don't kill me because of it but I hope you like this new book because I like it so far lol. SO..Hope you enjoyed. Bai for now peeps.
