~Banana Bread~

This is one of my favorite recipes to do as it's easy to do and fun to make.

For this recipe you will need:
-1 cup of granulated sugar
-8 tablespoons or a stick of butter (room temperature, not melted)
-2 large eggs
-3 ripe bananas
-1 tablespoon of milk
-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
-2 cups of all purpose flour (not rising flour)
-1 teaspoon of baking soda
-1 teaspoon of baking powder
-1 teaspoon of salt

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 325 degree Fahrenheit. Butter a 9 x 5 x 3 inch load pan.

2. Cream (mix) your butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until it's light and fluffy. Add one egg at a time.

3. In a small bowl, (this is a different bowl) mash your 3 ripe bananas with a fork. Mix the milk and cinnamon.

4. In the last and third bowl, Mix your flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.

5. Add your banana mixture to the creamed mixture (butter and sugar bowl) and stir until combined. Then add your dry ingredients, (the flour bowl) until the flour has disappeared.

6. Pour the batter into the buttered pan and bake for 50-55 minutes. (Cook for longer if necessary).

7. If you want your banana bread to have extra flavor, you can add honey or ice cream to it.
