Rose, Jack and Cora stood in the cool rain, blankets over their heads, staring up at the Statue of Liberty as they docked into Ellis Island.
A man walked over to them and asked;
"May I take your name please?"
"Jack Dawson." Jack said. "And this is Rose Dew-"
"Dawson." Rose said. "Rose Dawson."
Then Jack smiled, and looked down at Cora.
"And this is Cora Cart-"
"Cora Dawson." Cora corrected.
When the man had left, Jack lifted Cora up on his shoulders. Cora looked up at the big Statue of Liberty and laughed. She didn't want anything more in the world.
