CHAPTER-1 A sonography

Twenty years ago,  A small family live peacefully in their house, Delhi. In this family there are One grandmother, A lady whose name is Anita, A Men whose name is Raj and their three girl children.  One name is Komal, other name is Moni and the older one name is Shikha..

A grandmother of those children is very superstitious that's why she always demand for a boy child to their daughter in law. She never like a  girl child. She always make pressure on her daughter in law.

Then, In the  month of January, 1999 Anita was  pregnant and after three months she decided to check the gender of her child. That's why on Wednesday she went to hospital with her husband and get ready for the sonography test.   Sonography is a test where parents know the gender of their child before delivery. It's an illegal activity.

After the test of sonography, Doctor told them the child in your foetus is a girl. They both are upset and decide to abort it.

Before this child they already abort one girl child and they want to abort their one more child because the child was a girl not a boy ..

When they come back their home, her mother in law asked about their child. They told her the child is a girl.
Her mother in law started crying and said I don't want a girl child again and again. Kill her in your foetus and try again for a boy child.

Anita getting upset and started crying. I don't want to kill my child again.
But her husband and her mother in law said her again and again to abort this child..

So, what Anita do next in your opinion.
Can she kill her child or save her life?
What should she  do  with their child. Can she take a stand for her child or not?
