This challenge is basically going to focus on the abs. The upper, middle, lower and obliques. Like I said in the description, I had tried this challenge before in like February, but stopped on day 3 because my right shoulder started hurting and my stomach started hurting.
I also took it upon myself to not eat past 10pm and to drink TONS of water. (Today is my detox day) I also cut out eating fruits past 8pm. If you want, you can take before and after photos too! Maybe even make a video of your progress? That would be something really cool to have and look back on.
Anyways, let's get our summer bodies ladies and gents! I'm extremely excited because I won't be doing this alone.
