He would be worried and not leave your side even if it was a minor injury he would freak out and drag you to the butterfly estate.

Hed probably get hurt with you and be in the bed right next to you complaining on how he has to stay in the room with you. But you both know that you love each other.
Zenitzu
He would cry and hold onto you like there is no tomorrow. Youd have to keep calming him down. Deep down you thought it was adorable that he was so worried about you.
Genya
Hed not leave your side. You could see hed have a worried look on his face but he wouldnt say anything to stress you out. After you explain that youre fine hed most likely crawl into the bed with you and cuddle you but still be very gentle.
Kyojuro
Hed be by your side feeding you your food and taking care of you while encouraging that you will get better and that there was no need to worry. You werent worried to begin with but you giggle at the goofball you have as a boyfriend.
Sanemi
He would be screaming at you about how stupid you were for getting yourself hurt and then once hed be done with his temper tantrum hed cuddle you and help you take care of yourself.
Uzui
He would complain about how its not very flamboyant to get hurt and hiw you should be more careful. He would let you cuddle him until youd fall asleep and even then he wouldnt leave your side until you were fully healed.
Shinobu
She'd be the one fixing your bandages and aiding you back to health while complaining about your injuries and how stupid you were acting.
