I gripped the pole swinging around well locking eyes with the men in the audience. The party was live today all the rich men come out on Friday's. I watched as men talked to females, paid for private dances, bought drinks and etc...

I begun to shake my bum a bit causing all the attention to go on me.

"Fendi!" I heard someone yell from the crowd

I looked seeing my good friend Sarah. She's been with me since elementary tell now we are both 21 and have known each other for over seven years love her.

As I swung around the pole and money was being thrown from every direction I continued to dance. I was one of the top five dancers in here people mainly came here to see the top five. Just as I was about to end off I seductively made my way to the floor locking eyes with a guy that held a stack of money in his hand. I then slowly arched my back well starring in his eyes I watched as he through a stack in a elastic band well he looked at me. I then stood up and walked off stage when I looked back I locked eyes with the same guy recognizing him from the grocery store earlier.

"How much tonight?" Sarah asked as she looked at me

"Three thousand" I said as I put the stack of money in my bag

"Period, you looked so good out there" she said as she smiled

I chuckled and thanked her. I was exhausted and wanted to go home.

"You talk to mom yet?" She asked referring to my mom

I chuckled. "Never will I open my mouth to speak to her again" I said as I looked down well picking up my stuff

She sighed and I just hugged her before walking out. The things she has done to me scarred me for life I will never speak to that lady again.

I made my way out the club back door and to my car I noticed a group of men outside smoking. I walked pass them nervously praying that nothing was said.

"Ayo shorty!" A voice yelled

I ignored it and kept walking.

"Fine bitch, you wasn't cute anyways!" He yelled noticing I blew him off

"Your mother!" I yelled back as I blew a kiss well turning around

"What you say?" He asked as he slowly begun to walk over to me

I instantly grew fear but I told myself I would never let a man disrespect me again so I stood my ground. He approached me and smacked my bag out my hand causing it to fall just as I was about to retaliate there was a loud voice.

"Fuck you doing!" A deep voice yelled

We both started confused as we saw someone approaching us. I watched as the guy from the grocery store approached the both of us.

"You just smacked her shit out her hand, pick that shit up. As a matter of fact, empty your pockets and give her all that you made tonight" he said as he looked at the guy

"Bari man, you know I need this shit. She called my mama a bitch!" He said as he grew anger

"You called me a bitch, and I responded. Next time keep your mouth shut" I said as I snapped at him

"Ima give you three seconds to do what the fuck I said!" The grocery store guy said as he looked at the guy that stood in front of me

He sucked his teeth before pulling out all the money in his pockets and handed it to me. Usually I would never take someone's money but respect is something that means is much to me. I've owned up and done so much for my respect and I will never loose it or go back to the bottom.

"Fuck outta my face" Grocery guy said as he looked at this punk in front of me

He then walked away.

"You fine?" He asked as he looked at me

"Yeah, thanks" I replied as I looked at him

"No problem, I ain't know you worked here. I ain't seen you before" he said as he looked at me

I shrugged. "Three times a week, I make high income when I am here so I don't get scheduled much" I said as I looked down he was dressed like a casual hood nigga

"What's a pretty girl like you doing working at a strip club" he asked as he leaned on some car

I just looked at him. He then noticed I was uncomfortable with his question.

"My bad, lemme take your out sometime" he said as he stared at me

"No thank you, thanks for your help though" I replied as I made my way to my car door getting in

I pushed start and pulled out of my parking spot. I watched as he stared at me car he nodded I flashed him a slight smile before pulling off.

As soon as I reached home I through my bag on the floor and stripped down making my way to the shower. I did a quick wash before getting out and drying my body before applying lotion, deodorant and, perfume. I then put on a big t-shirt and climbed in my bed getting comfy cozy.

I went on my phone and watched orange in the new black tell I fell asleep.
