Target 5/3...

Target 1.. Iam including focussing.. To this.. Trying to focus for 5 min in these three months.. My meaning of focussing is concentrating on single thought.. For me its very very difficult now a days especially.. I will try to do it..

Taking slow and deep breaths might help.. I will keep timer to 5min and 30 sec and will start then will sit in straight posture and will try to focus on my breaths.. Will try till the timer rings..

This is what iam going to do.. If u have any other suggestion contribute it here..

Target 2.. In this current period of lockdown better develop one new habit or return your art back.. Eg.. Poetry, drawing , embroidery what not.. Anything.. Do it and make them in to ur memories as quarentine diaries..

Target 3.. This is going to be summer so add more water to your body for hydration and in this pandemic period.. Not just about pandemic.. Any viral infection need adequate body hydration so add more water to ur schedule..

Target 4.. Less use of social media.. I know this too is like a social media.. But using it by keeping it to a limit. I already cut my fb usage.. About watspp.. Im chatting sometimes.. Excessively.. Im using wattpad too more.. I need to cut make a limit for the usage time.. Lets say max. 1 hr perday... ( u can add 7 hrs at weekend if u dont use wattpad through out the week).. I know its difficult but atleast trying is not bad right..

Target 5.. As usual patience.. The biggest thing i need to develop more..

I got more or less addicte dto exercise.. Now its not possible to quarentine.. So i got this idea of doing suryanamaskar.. Or dance for 30 min.. Well lets see.. How long i can be able to do so..

Give ur suggestions and feed back.. Or any tips to improve.. I need suggestions.. Not votes.. Lets improve together..
