Alpha:
An Alpha Werewolf is the leader of a pack of werewolves. It is the strongest, most powerful and by far the most lethal variety of Werewolf. Alpha's are said to possess great power and wisdom.

An Alpha is the most dangerous type of werewolf. When in canine form they are noticeably larger. Alphas have bright red eyes instead of golden when angry.

An alpha wolf can be mated to two wolves .omegas and all the way up to other betas are under the command of an alpha wolf.

True alpha:
A True Alpha is a canine werecreature who is said to become an alpha solely by the strength of their character, their virtue and sheer willpower. They are the rarest kind of alpha, shrouded in myth and said to appear once in a 100 years.

Beta:

The Beta is Second in command. They are thought of as less important than the Alpha and Luna, but more important than the rest of the pack. They also lead the pack when the Alpha and Luna are away from the pack.

In pack meetings, the Beta' answers and suggestions are the second most important, being trusted advisers to the Alpha, only thinking for the good of the pack as a whole.

Delta:

They are the messangers of the pack, the go between among the allies and sometimes even the axis. They risk their own lives by doing so, but it is their duty and must make sure that those who need to know are told. 

Gamma:

Those holding this position are usually if not always the oldest and wisest of the pack. Through their stories and their phrases they pass on to the others within the pack their wisdoms. They delight in telling stories to pups though sometimes what they tell is just legend.

Omega:

They are the scape goats of a pack. Often they are picked on by the other wolves and are last to eat. Sometimes things may become so bad that they might even end up and leave the pack, though there are those who remain to stick it out. (Lowest Rank)

the omega wolf is the weakest and the least cared for in the pack. Bullied by other members, the omega wolf will receive the brunt of the aggression in the wolf world.

Luna:

The alpha's mate(s) are called Luna, kind of like the 'Queen' of the pack if the Alphas are the 'King'

The Luna's opinion is considered as important as the alpha, even if the Luna was an omega being in this position gives them the right to speak up and make decisions for the pack.
