NOTES
this book is primarily written in a standard format, however the first five chapters as well as some other bits and pieces of the story do follow a texting theme.

while the messaging/anonymous theme is not my original idea, all content within this book is my own original work and not taken from anyone else. any similarities to other books are purely coincidental.

- i came up with the idea for this book and almost the entire plot for it back in 2017, which included ethan and grayson's dad in the story being deceased. and now in 2020 at the time of publishing, their real father sean dolan has passed away.

i made the decision to proceed with the idea of them losing their dad in this book as it is a very prominent underlying theme for the story. however i don't intend to mention their fathers name, and should it come up i fully intend to use a different name and appearance for their fictional father in the story, because i don't believe it's right to capitalize off of a real loss that deeply affected so many people.
