Kathryn is Freya Mikaelson and Kai Parker's younger daughter. She never met him though. However, her mom kept pictures of him around the house. She admired him, and if she could recall, Lily was sick of her ranting about how handsome he was. Kathryn was literally her father's identical twin. Her dark hair with hints of curls and her blue eyes, that sparkled in sunlight. Oh how indeed she wished her father was here by her side. She'd hear stories about him floating around, which would cause her to breakdown mentally. She would come home and cry into her 16 year old sisters arms.
