"Ugh.. Why isn't my hair staying down?," Milan roared in frustration, running the flat-irons over a piece of her hair for the fourth time.
Janae laughed and sat down in bed with a box of Oreo Cookies.
"What are you doing?," I ask in confusion.
"I'm not going - and you know why," she replied with an irritated frown.
I rolled my eyes, "Fuck Cameron. You're going." I threw a dress and some heels at her.
"Yeah. Don't let a fuckboy ruin your night," Milan said, rolling up the flat irons. Me and her laughed and exchanged glances.
"Fine," Janae sighed, hauling herself out of bed.
The Jacks and Sam were hosting another party tonight. And if you're wondering, no I did not speak to Shawn. I'm giving him his space, and I'm pretty sure he's giving me mine. I don't care, though. All I'm worried about is having fun.
Milan, Janae, and I arrived - fashionably late, of course. They were ambushed by Nash, so I made my way over to the bar. He didn't look at me while talking, so I assumed he didn't want me.
I ordered a few drinks, and once I hit the fourth one, I felt a tap on my shoulder.
"Bella, what are you doing?," Shawn demanded in a sharp tone of voice.
"Drinking. What does it look like?," I replied tipsily, staring at him with narrowed eyes and curled lips.
He snatched the drink out of my hand and looked up at the bartender, "Don't give her anymore drinks."
I rolled my eyes. I was getting angry.
"Who are you to tell ME what to do? You don't control me."
"Bella, you need to calm down. Chill on the drinks. You can have fun at a party without heavily drinking."
I rolled my eyes at him like he was an idiot, but I knew he was right.
I softly punched the table and rose to my feet, stumbling forward. Shawn caught me. My expression softened and my shoulders tensed as I walked off and disappeared into the dancing crowd. He pissed me off so much. But I didn't want to let him ruin my night. I started dancing with a few girls I knew.
After a few minutes, someone handed me a red cup, so I took it.
