Part 1: Surprise
Sawyer's POV
Me and Hazel have been dating for a while and we haven't told our parents yet.
" They should know Sawyer" Hazel suggested.
"I know, but I'm just scared on what they are gonna think. would your dad Fire me? I love this job and all the animals and getting to spend time with you. It's the best thing ever"
"Hey don't talk like that. Your not going to get fired and we better tell them now before they find out for themselves"
Our conversation was interrupted by my mom coming to get me.
"Hey sweetie. Hey Hazel."
"Hi Mrs. Nelson" Hazel said.
I said good bye to Hazel and got in the car and started driving home. Me and my mom got home and there was a guy sitting at the dinner table surrounded by my Aunt Alice, Uncle Max, and Kyle all talking and laughing.
"We're home" my mom said
The mysterious guy turned around, shakes my hand and introduced himself.
"My name's Steve. I'm your father"
