Y/N is an Gym Leader from the Galar region, more specifically the Gym Leader of Wyndon Stadium. Like her older brother, Raihan, she specializes in Double Battles, however, she doesn't specialize in a single type.
Her Gym Challenge is right in the same stadium the semifinals and championship cup (aka finals) are held, she battles the challengers who have 8 gym badges the day before the semifinals and whoever "passes" gets to go into the semifinals (so essentially her gym is the "quarterfinals").
Her gym "badge" is actually a red ribbon that attaches to the 8 badges, so it's now a medal, which lets you go into the semifinals and whoever wins that goes into the championship cup (you know the drill).
