"Sissy!" My little sister Macy calls. "What is it princess?" I ask the 5 year old. "Where's hayes?" I freeze. I haven't heard his name in 2 years since he left me. "He's gone Macy." I say sadly. I keep folding clothes. "Why? Is it because I didn't give him a hug before I went to grandma's?" She asks disappointed. I smile sadly because she's so clueless and innocent. "No honey, he left because he didn't want to be with me anymore." She fowns. "Why?" I keep folding laundry. "Well, people change. I guess he changed and wanted to change his girlfriend. And I wasn't part of his changing plan." She didn't understand so she kept playing with her toys. My mom and dad died in a car crash and it was just me and Macy since she was just 3 months. I miss my parents very much. But me and Macy get by just fine. Hayes walked into my life just 3 weeks before Macy was born. He was there for me and always got me lost in his blue eyes. It was like swimming in the beautiful blue sea with dolphins by your side. I loved him. "Macy it's bedtime sweet pea." I kiss her forehead. "Awe please let me stay up just five more minutes?" I laugh. "Ok, go use that five minutes to go brush your teeth and put on your pajamas." "Fine." She walks off and does what she's told. She's such a sweet little girl. I love her so much like she was my own child. My parents would be so proud of Macy for being such a well behaved 5 year old. Macy calls me in to help her with her pajamas. "Which ones do you want to where sweet heart?" She points to a Dora night gown. I slip it over her head. "Thank you meadow." I kiss her cheek and tuck her in. "Your welcome. Good night princess. Sweet dreams." She closes her eyes and I close the door. My phone goes off....great...it's hayes.
