Your ocs are demigods. Not demititans, not sons or daughters of primordials, nor are they gods, even if they're minor gods. This means that your ocs will only have HUMAN features. So no cat ears, or tails, or what not.

Try to refrain from using anime faceclaims. This one is a bit of a pet peeve, but I just prefer real life faceclaims over Anime ones.

Try to refrain from making your ocs the children of the big three. Big three children are rare for a reason guys. Plus, theres a lot of really cool gods and goddesses!
