I feel the vibrations from my phone notifications going off but I wasn't ready to step back into the oh so sickeningly fast world quite yet so I remained still until sleep took me.

I found my eyes shooting open. My room was pitch black. I looked over to my phone to check the time. 3am. I still felt so unbalanced. The more I thought about college the more unbalanced I felt. Hollywood arts was my home. All the different memories I've made there, my locker, the library, sikowitz and his classroom, the black box theater, the asphalt cafe, the janitors closet... I could feel it all slipping out of my fingers.

What would happen, what chances do I have of going to the same colleges as all my friends, what chances do I have of staying with jade through this all. Everyone knows college always tears apart high school romances.

I brought my hands to my face and just rubbed it trying to de-stress. I knew the day would come eventually but the thought that all of this would be coming to an end in the next two months was just so hard to grasp.

Will me and jade even last that long? What if it's over by the end of one month? What if it's over by the end of the week? What if she texted me while I was asleep to say she changed her mind about all of this?

My eyes dart to my phone and I immediately grab it into my hands and click on my notifications
