The movie received many praises because of the great actors, production, plot, cinematography, message, symbolism, and etc and I agree with all of it.
Personally, i think that the plot or the story is so well done by the director and his staffs. At the start while I was watching it with my friends, I thought that it will be just some kind of comedy movie, however as the time goes the scenes escalated quickly that it brought us to the edge of our sits. We're so focus and invested on what will happened next. Usually when we watch a movie we would predict what will happened but with this movie we can't. When the movie ended we are all in shocked.
Then I realized that it conveyed a strong message to the society. The movie talks about many social problems that the world is facing.

The major message of the film is the differences between the poor and the rich. The director made sure that we'll notice it. One of the things is the houses. The house is one of the major things in the movie. The rich family's house is so expensive while the poor family lives in a semi-basement apartment.

Bong said that the sunlight is really important with differentiating the two. The rich family have a big glass window in front of their living room where they can have the full exposure for the sunlight. On the other hand, the poor family's exposure to the sunlight is limited since they have small window and they're in a semi-basement house. The sunlight represents hope.
