Today i wanted to share with you a recipe of a fast and tasty desert , a chocolate mugcake !
A mugcake is exactly like a small cake , except it's prepared much faster , and it's served in a mug. It's also cooked in a microwave and not an oven .
Ingredients ♡ :
- Flour ( 5 tablespoons)
- Sugar ( 3 tablespoons)
- Cocoa Powder ( 2 tablespoons)
- Butter ( 30 grammes)
- Liquid Cream ( 2 teaspoons)
- Yeast ( 1 teaspoon)
- Vanilla Sugar ( 1 tablespoon)
- 1 Egg
- A few pieces of Chocolate
- A mug

Steps ♡ :
1/ Melt the butter in the mug for around 20 seconds in the microwave
2/ Break the egg inside the mug
3/ Mix gently
4/ Add the white sugar and the vanilla sugar
5/ Mix everything together
6/ Add the cream
7/ Add the cocoa
8/ Mix with vigor
9/ Add the flour
10 / Stir everything . If the mixture is too thick and pasty , add a bit of milk to make it more liquid like
11/ Incorporate the pieces of chocolate in the middle of the mug
12/ Using a knife , push them deeper and cover them with the dough
13/ Place the mug a minute or two in the microwave
14/ This step if optional, but if you feel like it, don't hesitate to sprinkle powdered sugar or colorful sprinkles
15/ And you're done! Enjoy ♡
