I opened my eyes to see a bright light right above me and immediately shut them back to slowly open them back and adjust to the light, "thank God your okay." I looked over to see Jaliyah walking over to me and she bent down to give me a hug and kissed my forehead "what happened? Why am I here?"

She just shook her head "I don't know, after I went to the gym I heard y'all talking and then your mom and Kobe or your dad whatever he is to you ran in the gym and said they needed to take you to the hospital and people were already taking you to the hospital so I got scared and raced here in our car, but why happened how did you pass out?"

"I won't even know, all I remember was my mom explaining that Kobe is my dad and I got too overwhelmed so I guess I just passed out." She nodded her head softly and we laid in the bed together with my head on hers and her head on my shoulder

Then my mom walked in with "him" and my whole entire mood changed so I just closed my eyes and took a deep breath "honey, you up?" I opened my eyes and spoke "yes" I spoke lowly since Jaliyah was sleep but I spoke too soon because her eyes popped open, she seen them and waved "Jaliyah honey, can you come home with me right quick so I can get some snacks and stuff if you want?" She nodded and got up "yes, umm I will right back take it easy on your body." I nodded then my mom kissed my forehead and they walked out leaving me and my "father" together

He pulled a chair up to the bed and grabbed my hand at this point I was crying "Babygirl, I'm sorry I didn't know at all." I sniffled "I'm probably sure you didn't, all these years of me not having a father and me searching for him but I guess I have him now unless you don't want to be apart of my life because it's too late now." I put my head down

"Honey it's never too late at all, I hist have to figure out how to tell my wife and other kids, but you are my daughter and we did take a blood test to confirm that you are, your last name is Bryant right?" I nodded "it's in your blood your my other half, that's why I was looking at you the way I was at the gym because you look exactly like me." We chuckled a little

He got up and laid next to me on the bed, I laid my head on his chest and was slowly dozing off to sleep "I love you, baby girl, always and forever." I smiled a little "I love you too... Always and forever." And with that, I went to sleep.

6 weeks later...

"Y/n come on we're gonna be late." I heard Jaliyah yell today I was going to meet my dad's wife and other kids in person, speaking of him we have been going strong and he was right it's like I'm his twin I just never really pointed it out.

We pulled up to his house as in we I mean me, Jaliyah and my mom, "hello my lovely daughter." My dad said in a silly voice and I giggled "Hi daddy!" I jumped in his arms and hugged him tightly and pecked his lips (it's a daughter and dad thing don't think wrong) then I got down and laughed some more as he poked my sides "hey liyah." He hugged her "hey pops." She laughed and he dapped up my mom I rolled my eyes and smiled at least they were on good terms for me,

I looked behind my dad and saw 3 girls as in Gianna an- I don't know the other two but I saw a woman who looked in her late thirties that had a big baby bump and my dad finally spoke then I got shy a little because what if they don't like me or they don't want me to be around them? "Y/n?" Dad poked my face and I swatted his hand a little out of reflex and chuckled "sorry, what happened?" They all laughed as I started at the ground blushing

"Y/n this is my wife Vanessa and your three sisters Natalia, Gianna you already met her and Bianka and then you have another sister on the way and her name is Capri." I smiled and attempted to shake there hands but they pulled me into a group hug "welcome to the family sweety." She smiled "thank you, mama, Nessa." I smiled and she walked over to my mom and best friend and greeted them then walked off to talk to my mom.

Hours later...

Tonight I was spending the night at the Bryant residence yes that's all me but anyway I'm spending the night and they had me my own room and everything, they're so welcoming. "Hey, y/n wanna go chat for a minute in the back?" I nodded and stood up with dad and ms. Nessa by now everyone else was asleep and I was still up, I sat in a chair beside Nessa and laid on her chest rubbing her stomach as she ran her hand through my hair, we ended up getting pretty close but yeah my dad sat next to me and rubbed my back "okay, so what are we gonna talk about?" I broke the silence "okay, Y/n I know you're new to our family and I want you to feel as comfortable as ever so with that being said we want to get you and Jaliyah a house nearby us so you can feel free to visit whenever you want, plus your a mature adult and you deserve it, so what do you say?" I was in shock I sat up so quick "says its a joke!" They chuckled and Dad pulled keys from behind his back and I chucked them out his hand and squeezed him tightly "thank you guys so much." I had tears of joy coming down my face and Nessa kissed my forehead "your welcome honey." And my dad held me in his arms tightly like he never wanted to let go but I don't blame him I don't want to either I'm just glad that secret was out and I met him to be my Idol I was always look up to my father and probably would want to die with him.
