chapter one: emperor's Quest

My name is Xinhua Lee I'm 21 years old and I'm a college student I've always like books the one I'm currently reading is dance under the stars the story is about a girl name Alexa la Florian Alexa the protagonist is a girl from a marquis family she was a calm and quiet person until she met the heir to the salvatore house julius salvatore the first time they met they knew they we meant for each but the story antagonist emperor  Lucas alexius also know as the king of tyrants Lucas never liked julius so as a result the king wanted to make trouble for him the king made a plan to steal Alexa from him but ended up falling in love with Alexa which cause both of to be hostile towards each other from then on their was always a huge rivalry between them until one day the emperor confessed his feelings for her but the feeling wasn't mutual Alexa was already deeply in love with julius the emperor was heart broken he was both heart broken and in rage he would have done anything and gave her anything he would even died for her even so he never gave up over and over again he begged her but she refuse then the only thing he could think of now was to challenge julius to a one on one duel a fight to the death dispite playing fairly the was not fair many wanted the emperor dead so the duel was rigged and the emperor fight to the death and the last thing he saw was julius holding Alexa in his arms truth be told I felt pity for him to love someone to the extent you would fight to the death knowing the duel was cheated and didn't stop honestly you can't help but to like a guy like that and julius is a coward if it was I would choose the emperor as I close my eyes to sleep thinking of the emperor in the novel as I open my eyes I realize their was a cloth in my hand wiping the window a window do not recognize as I look through it I saw men dress in weird armor I can't help but to think am I dreaming

"ALICIA!!" a woman shouts

I look around to look who it is then a girl in a maid outfit came down the stairs and look at me

"Don't you hear me calling you"she said

"Me? You were calling me" I ask

"Are you stupid have you lost your senses who else would I be talking?"

"Oh what is it?" I ask

"Its your turn to serve his majesty" she said

His majesty? I wonder who is that were am I and what's going

"Oh who is is his majesty?"

"What kind of question is that his majesty is the the first son of the previous emperor who is now the current emperor, emperor Lucas alexius "

When I heard that name I could grasp a little bit of what's going on I somehow ended up in the novel this had to be a dream it can't be

"ALICIA!" She shouts "quite zoning out and go attend to his majesty" she lectures me

"Oh and were might that be?"

She signs and points up stairs as she gives me the direction I slowly walk up their I'm a little nervous and scared ofcourse I would be with a personality like Lucas if I do something little as drop a pin in front him I could get executed he is really scary but I am curious about him even of this is a dream I would like to help him save him from the path he is going to head as I reach the door I hesitantly knocked on it waiting for an answer as I was about to leave

"Come in" when I heard his voice my heart race I open the door and enter the his room was dark all the curtains were closed I could I look around

"I've never seen you before" he said

I turn and saw him their on his bed looking at me I was too surprise to say anything so I stood their looking at him

"You must be new start cleaning" he said

His voice was both soft and intimidating I look around confused for a while then went to the curtains

"No leave those just get cleaning"

I went for the broom and cleaning equipments I start from dusking the corners of the room his room was twice the size of my apartment during the time I was cleaning he only move to the table it seems like he was working

"Could you stop that" he said I was a bit surprised when spoke again

"Huh?" "Humming its very distracting "
I was humming I must have done it unconsciously when I use clean my apartment I would have my headphone over my head and hum to the song I'm sure I got on his bad side

"I begged for your forgiveness for my rudeness your majesty" I bow with my eyes closed

"Its okay your just a slave you know no better I blame your superiors for this"

Did he just spare me not exactly but someone else is going to get in trouble because of me and what does he mean by slave all of a sudden a shock hit my head I recieved some memories that wasn't mine or a protagonist I don't recognize from the story the previous owner of this body was a slave from a fallen country even their she was a slave how pitiful

"Are you going to stay like that get back to work"

I got back to work after finishing my work for the and retired to my room it wasn't much but it was okay I look in the mirror and look at my reflection the girl looked around 17 light brown hair green eyes the girl look quite beautiful but I bet Alexa is more beautiful than me it did say she was like a beautiful heavenly maiden I walk away from the mirror and went to my bed even if this is a dream I want to help luka from the fate he is going towards I want everyone to see he is truly a wonderful person this will be the emperor's Quest
