Saga finally arrived in New Orleans. She wasn't sure why she was doing this. She was never close to any of her siblings. They never saw the world the same way she does, and that made it hard for them to understand and interact with her.
Niklaus, and Kol, were the only ones who really tried, always looking out for her when the other kids in the village picked on and teased her. That's not to say that they didn't love her or she them, they just weren't that close.
Niklaus, and her shared a love for art, and Kol, and her bonded over their shared interest in magic.
It was only a few years ago that Saga went into a psych evaluation and was diagnosed with psychosis. Although she also got a few other disorders mentioned but she had stopped paying attention then.
It was why after their mother had turned them all into vampires she was always needing to be watched. Her siblings always kept her on a leash, never letting her truly experience the world.
It was actually when her family first fled New Orleans that she was left on her own, her siblings having lost her in their panic.
Now she was walking through the familiar streets of the french quarter on her way to visit their old compound. Some of the people she passed by on the street would glance at and give her weird looks but she paid them no mind.
She was just watching the wrack spurts floating around their heads. That's another thing that made her different, she wasn't always Saga Mikaelson. She remembers being Harriet potter once, though in those memories she can remember she wasn't "Weird" as her older sister always called her.
Saga also kept her magic. It was just another thing that her siblings thought odd about her.
When she finally got to the compound, a large smile lit up her face and she skipped through the entrance.
"How long do I have?" Saga heard a woman ask once she had entered the compound. Turning to face the direction it came from she spotted a few familiar faces, and a few not so.
"Well, now that Esther knows where Rebekah's hiding, not long. The only way to stop it is to stop her." She heard one of the men say, that she could tell was Kol.
"Mother's alive?" She asked, startling the group, their heads snapping in her direction.
"S-Saga?" A gaping Kol asked.
She turned her gaze towards his, though not meeting his eyes. "Yes, that is my name." She nodded.
Kol sped into her, wrapping her in his arms. Pulling back he took a moment to look her over. "I... wha... where have you been? We all thought you were dead." He rushed out.
"I wasn't dead." She was slowly becoming uncomfortable with his hold on her. "Can you let go?" She asked.
"Oh, right, how could I forget your hate of hugs." He teased after releasing her. "And why are you dressed like you came out of the Victorian era?" He quesitoned.
"I don't hate all hugs." She said. "I very much like it when my girlfriends hug me... just no one else." She admitted after a short pause. "And I like these clothes, it helps keep the nargels away." She finished.
Kol burst into laughter with Marcel chuckling lightly.
When she heard that she turned her attention to the dark skinned vampire. "Marcel, it wasn't nice of you to not inform me you were alive."
That just sent Kol into another round of hysterics at the hypocrisy, while the two girls weren't entirely sure what to make of her.
"I'm sorry Saga." He apologized, with a small smile at the girls antics. "If I had known you had made it out of New Orleans I would have written you."
She stood for a moment, looking just beyond his eyes before nodding slightly. "Apology accepted. Although you wont be forgiven next time."
A cough broke them from their reunion and the three all turned towards the two very confused woman.
Clearing her throat lightly, Saga walked up to them both and offered her hand, although she still looked neither of them in the eyes. "Hello, my name is Saga Mikaelson. It is nice to meet you two beautiful ladies."
Kol was sent laughing again at her greeting. "Still trying to always pick up girls I see. You haven't changed a bit."
Looking over her shoulder she replied. "You certainly have, your face looks different and you have a new colony of wrackspurts too."
"Wrackspurts?" She heard the brunette question.
"Oh here we go." Kol exclaimed, throwing his hands into the air and flopping back onto the couch.
"Wrackspurt are little creatures..." Saga began before being interupted.
"I think we're getting a little off track here." Marcel had heard his fair share of explanations about Saga's imaginary creatures and wasn't feeling like sitting through another.
"But she asked what..." "You can tell her all about them later." Marcel interrupted again. "We need to start focusing on the matter at hand. The only way we can hope to go up against Esther is with Klaus."
"No, no way." The little brunette, that Saga still didn't know the name of, said. "We can do this without him."
"I have to agree with Marcel on this one." Kol spoke up, getting a disbelieving look from the girl.
"Niklaus is sleeping." Saga said, pointing to where his body laid sprawled across the floor.
"Yes, thank you Saga." Marcel sighed.
"Your welcome." She replied taking the open seat next to the brown haired girl. She turned to her after a second. "What is your name?"
"Oh, I apologize." Marcel spoke up. "I can't believe I forgot to introduce you two. This is Davina Claire," He said gesturing to the brunette she sat beside, then to the blonde. "and this is Camille O'Connell."
Turning to Davina, she looked just past the girls eyes. "You have a pretty name." Kol chuckled seeing Davina blush slightly, noting the reaction for later.
"Davina." Marcel nodded his head in Klaus' direction.
Davina, glared lightly at him, before getting up and moving to stand over Klaus. Kneeling, she began reciting a spell. Klaus sucked in a gasping breath, lurching off the floor as Davina finished speaking.
"What did she do to me?"
"All you need to know is that I beat you, again." Davina answered.
"And yet you relented." Klaus smirked. "You need me don't you. Did I really lose?"
"I think Davina won." Saga put in.
Klaus spun around at the familiar voice. "Saga." He breathed out.
"Yes." She nodded, turning her gaze to look just past his ear.
Klaus was instantly pulling her into his arms. "I thought father had..." He wasn't able to finish, his throat tight with emotion.
"Niklaus, can you let me go please?" All these hugs were really starting to make her second guess coming here.
