Jungle Love

chapter one

Goku yawned as he woke up and walked out of his den, stretching his limbs and lazily waving his fuzzy tail.

He felt so happy and free now that he's out of the pack and have a chance to lead his own pack.

Since he left the pack, four days ago, he has been living alone. Yesterday he found a place to live. It's a hole in a giant tree. The hole is big enough to contain atleast ten wolves. It's a perfect place to raise his pack.

As his stomach growled, he quickly changed into his true form, a white wolf, and ran fast towards the river only a few metres away from his den.

There's so many fishes there that he'd never be starved. His mouth watered looking at the fishes playing in the crystal clear water.

He couldn't control himself anymore and changed into his human form. Jumping into the river, he came out to the surface before ducking in the water again.

His eyes widened as he saw a black wolf under the river. He quickly swam to him and grabbed him. The wolf was unconscious so it didn't take kakarot much time to pull him out of the river.

He laid him down on the bank and pressed his ear to his chest to listen his heart beat.

He sighed in relief. He's alive but his heart beat is too slow, he thought as he straightened up and looked down at the wolf.

He's in his human form but his tail gave away his identity. He's... beautiful. So pretty...

He shook his head to clear his thoughts. Now is not the time to think all this. I have to save him. But to do it...

He blushed as he leaned forward to give him CPR.

Just as he touched his lips with the other's, the wolf woke up, coughing the water he swallowed, panting heavily. He laid down on his back, taking heavy breaths not noticing kakarot sitting beside him.

Kakarot looked down at him in concern," are you okay?"

For the first time since waking up, the black wolf noticed kakarot. He looked at him in confusion for a minute before growling and jumping on him, attacking him with his claws.

Kakarot screamed as the sharp nails dug into his shoulder, blood flowing freely from the wound. He was surprised by the sudden attack. But quickly regained his composure and grabbed his wrists, pushing him on his back he held him down.

" You fucking maggot! Let me go this instant." The black wolf growled.

Kakarot frowned at him and asked," not until you tell me why you attacked me first!"

" Oh! You don't know? You think I'm so stupid that I'll believe in your nonsense so you could take me back to frieza!" He snarled, struggling with all his might to get away from him.

Kakarot was having a hard time to keep him down," what are you talking about? Who's this frieza?"

" Don't try to mess with me. If you're here to kill me, then do it! "

" I'm not messing with you! You think I want to kill you? I just saved your life for god's sake!" He shouted at his face.

Vegeta was amazed by his words. He looked him up and down. Indeed! He looked nothing like the ugly wolves that sided with frieza.

" You saved my life? Why?" He finally asked calmly.

" What do you mean by 'why'? I was hungry, was going to catch some tasty fishes. But saw you drowning in the river and saved you instead, only to be attacked by the same wolf I saved." He said with a snarl.

Vegeta felt guilty for attacking him," I'm sorry." He looked at his bleeding shoulder and tried to raise his hand to touch it but his hands were still clutched by the strong arms.

Looking at his calm face, kakarot took the chance and let him go, seating back on his knees.

Vegeta winced as he tried to sit up and clutched his hand across his stomach.

" Hey! Easy. You're injured very badly. Don't try to give any stress to your body. I'll take you to my den. There you can rest." He reached out to lift him up in his arms but the wolf slapped his hands away.

" I don't need your help." He growled.

" Don't be stupid! You're injured. Plus you lost whatever energy you had on fighting me. You can't walk!"

" I'm fine." He tried to stand up on his own but suddenly his vision blurred and his head started to spin. He fell forward but kakarot caught him.

" I told you, you're too weak to walk, but you just would not listen to me. Would you?" With that, he lifted him in his arms.

" Hey! Put me down." Vegeta started to protest. Punching him weakly.

Ignoring his protests, kakarot started to walk towards his den.

As he reached his den, he carefully laid him down on the bed of leaves.

He sighed as he ran a hand through the spiky but soft hair of the wolf. He passed out in his arms halfway to the den. For an injured wolf, he surely fought well.

Kakarot started to lick his injuries all over the body. He blushed while doing so as he heard him moaning in his sleep. It's necessary to do this. Since their saliva works as medicine.

As he finished, he pulled away, licking his lips. He surely tastes good. He wanted more. But not now. First I need to find who he's. Then I'll court him. If he accepts only then can I touch him.

With how rude he is, it'll take months, if not years, to convince him to mate with him and have a pack.

He sighed. It's going to be a long few months.
