Lost In Love

Prologue

As I sip the wine from the glass that I was holding, I was looking at the guy on the next counter. He was smiling slyly while staring at the other girls on the dance floor. Fate is also drinking beside me. I suddenly remembered our plan. Our plan is to make that guy fall in love with me and can't stop thinking about me, that he'll end up chasing me.

There are so many scenarios that slipped on my mind but it's my last resort when flirting with clothes on is not effective.

"Hey, Dasha." Fate spoke and I looked at her. She drank her vodka first before continuing what she's about to say.

"You must seduce him tonight. Busy na ako bukas dahil sa mga school projects natin. Mabuti ka pa nga, tapos na." I nodded. I understand. I inhaled before drinking my wine completely. It is now or never. I put the glass back to the counter before preparing myself.

Hinila ko pataas yung suot kong skirt para naman umikli and I licked my lips. I tied my hair into a messy bun because that's what Fate instructed me to do. I walked towards him, who's busy looking at the other girls. He is with his friends. Of course, I studied about what is their attitude, how they talk and what is their likings.

You don't want to know how I did that. Malapit na ako sa pwesto niya. Good thing backless ang suot kong dress at sobrang hapit ito sa katawan ko. Dumaan ako sa harapan niya causing for him to looked at me. Ha! Gotcha. Let's just wait for a bit. Lumayo lang ako ng kaunti bago huminto at kunwari nagtatype sa phone ko.

"Hey." His manly voice makes me think that it's no doubt why my friend fell in love with a guy like him. I didn't face him, not yet.

I felt his hands on my waist and that's the cue for me to face him. He has a well-defined jaw, thin lips, pointed nose and a pair of black orbs that might drown you if you keep on staring.

"Oh, hello." I sounded casual. I am well-prepared for this.

"Do you mind if I ask what are you doing in a place like this?" Tanong niya. Goodness. Malamang dahil sa iyo. Hinarap ko siya at magkadikit na ang katawan namin because he is holding me so close.

"I don't mind but same goes for you," He smirked. I think, he is starting to get interested. I tilted my head and looked at the crowded dance floor which I intended to do. I am seducing him so I need him to fantasize over me.

"My friend dragged me here. How about you?" I asked.

"Hmm, same." Halos hindi ko marinig na sagot niya.

His breathing is coming near my neck. My plan is about to work.

"You smell good. What's your perfume?" Really? That's all you could ask? I didn't answered him and continued looking at the dance floor.

"Hey, Cinford. What a good catch! Care to introduce her to us?" Biglang may sumingit sa pagitan naming dalawa. Damn. I hope they didn't recognize me.

"Well, I was getting to know her. Inunahan mo naman ako, Sage." He said. I faced them. Ugh, si Sage pa talaga ang lumapit. I hope he doesn't recognize me. He is one of my sources when I investigated about them. I don't wanna mention what I did.

"Oh, she looks familiar." Sage scanned me from my face to my feet. He squinted his eyes trying to remember where he saw me.

"Maybe, she's a famous model? Or an actress?" Cinford concluded, the one who's hands is on my waist. I fakely laughed.

"I'll accept that as a compliment but I'm neither one of those." I smiled sweetly. Makuha na sana kayo sa ngiti, please lang.

"Ah! I remembered!" Biglang sabi ni Sage na ikinakaba ko. No way. Hell, no way! If this will fail then we will have to execute another plan. I'll make this work.
