Did anyone else realize that if any of the outlying districts had a training center they'd be a shoo in to be a victor? Here's why...
•They go hungry most of the time- They'd be used to not having food in the games
• they probably already suffer from dehydration- It would be easier in the games to not have water
• In some of the colder districts, they're used to being cold- Won't need a fire quite as often
•they get a training center- Weapons, skills, everything
