If y'all wanted to know, it's how she dresses up when In UnderLust.
Second of all, she is no longer completely connected to Undertale, her background story will no longer be there.
Two Sides is no longer an AU about Kibara and it'll be an AU where the characters grow from others making stories about them, their personalities can gradually change from my original version and anything someone makes or changes about it, will become another timeline for the AU.
No other creator I believe has used this concept where any new ideas created by others will become seperate timelines that are CANON, anything someone makes will be canon, but here's the thing, if I see things that are not okay like turning one of my characters into a pedophile. I'll be abolishing that your version is canon and will never be considered canon.
So ultimately, you can do what you want, but don't use it for nefarious purposes.
