Getting to know Vihaan and Sona

Police Station 6 am

The sun was shining brightly in the morning. It was the begining of a new day. Well..not for police chief Vihan Rathore. He just finished his work at the police station.

He was sitting on his chair writing a file on his macbook. He rubbed his eyes and yawned leaning back on his chair. Suddenly a police officer entered his office.

„Sir." he said entering and smiled as he saw him stretching.

„Haan rahul, bol."

„Here's another file. A guy eloped with a girl, the girl's family wants us to find her." said rahul handing him the file.

Vihan just gave it back to him and gace him a smile.

„You have to look at this. I'm off now for one day." sais vihan standing up and wearing his jacket.

„Oh, sorry sir i totally forgot."

Vihan just gave him a warm smile.

„Don't worry rahul. You just check this file and i'll be back in two days theek hain?"

Rahul just nodded his head and vihan got out of the police station. He went to the nearest starbucks and brought pancakes and two coffees.

„Can you write a name on that cup please?"

„Yes sir, what name do you want me to write on it ?"

„Sona." he said smiling.

The cashier wrote it on the cup smiling.

„Ek heart bhi draw karo.."

She handed him the cup and he looked at the name.

„Perfect. Thank you so much." he said and walked out of the restaurant.

He opened the door slowly and entered into his house.

„SONA!"

„SONA!"

He went into the kitchen and layed the breakfast on the table.

„SONA ARE YOU STILL SLEEPING?"

Vihan shouted around the house as he took off his jacket and walked into the living room.

„SONA?"

„HAAN BHAI EK MINUTE!!" Sona came running down the stairs.

„I'm gonna start drinking my coffee. You know i like it hot." said vihan and sat down.

Sona walked into the kitchen and smiled at him.

„Good morning bhai." she says smiling and sat opposite him.

„Good morning." he said smiling.

„How was work?"

„Good. Eat your pancakes otherwise they'll get cold." said vihan and fed her.

„Bhai! I'm not a kid anymore stop it." said sona giggling.

„I know. But you'll always be my baby sister. Don't forget that."

Sona just rolled her eyes and nodded.

„So..you have an exam today?"

„Yes..chemistry." sais sona.

„Arre, that's your favourite." said vihan taking a sip of his coffee.

„I know, but i'm still nervous." Said sona eating her pancakes.

Vihan gave her a smile.

„Chalo, i have to go now." said sona.

„Take your coffee with you. I'll drive you to college." sais vihan standing up.

„Nahin bhai, you've worked the whole night. You should sleep now."

„I don't care. I want to drive you to college bass." said vihan and opened the door.

„Bhai."

„Haan?" said vihan turning around.

„You're driving me to college with your uniform?" asked sona.

Vihan looked at himself.

„Haan kyun?"

Sona smiled at him and shook her head.

„Coffee." said vihan pointing at her cup.

Sona nodded and took her coffee cup. She looked at it and saw her name written on it with a heart. She smiled and looked at her brother who was already sitting in the car.
