Chapter 17: What should I do?

Jamie's POV

Everything is perfect.. Until his PAST talked to me secretly and BEGGED me to let her borrow Bryle for just a month.. Hindi talaga ako makapaniwala na ganyan na siya ka desperada para lang ma angkin muli si Bryle... Fresh na fresh parin sa puso't isipan ko ang nangyari sa amin nung isang araw....

Flashback

bzzzzzz *phone vibration*

kinuha ko ang phone ko at tinignan ang nag text pero unknown naumber.. binuksan ko ang message at ang laman ayyyy

'Meet me at Serenity Cafe 3 pm sharp.. I need to tell you something important.

Kaya dahil out of curiousity I went to the cafe where she exactly told me at 3 pm there I found her sitting in a table for two by the window probably waiting for.. so dali dali akong lumapit sa kanya at nung napansin na niya ang presensiya ko lumingon siya at nag smile... I can see i her eyes sadness and begging that cause me to shiver...

"Glad you came Jamie.. Please sit... What do you want to order?" tanong niya sakin with a smile..

"Ahhh Cappucino nalang at cheesecake.." sabi ko at nag order na siya sa waiter... Tumingin siya sakin saglit bago nag salita...

"I won't take this any longer Jamie......Can I borrow Bryle just for a month. Just for me to say sorry for all the things I've done to him b-before I' ll leav-ee.." She said teary-eyed and sniffing....

"N-NO... Bryle is not a toy that anytime we can share... I own him you don't.. well maybe before you own him but you throwed him away just like a toy... Para mo siyang ginawang laruan na kabag nag sawa ka itatapon mo na... S-sorry Veronica but I can't give you what you asked me to..." I told her straight forward.. Hindi ko na kaya ang pinagsasabi niya...

"P-please Jamie.. I beg you just for a month... I just needed to leave in peace.. Please undersstand Jamie I am ill right now and I only need a month so P-please I want to leave all things and problems I caused are cleaned especially with Bryle whom I hurt the most..." She said.. matapos kong marinig ang sinabi niya I was shocked.. so she's ill... and she needs Bryle for her to say sorry..

"I'll talk to Bryle about this matter.. sasabihan lang kita kung ano ang magiging sagot ko.. don't expect too much because inside me I can't let you have him even just for a month, a week, a day, an hour, a minute or even the tiniest second... I would never..." I said and left her dumbfounded... I directly went back to school I still have classes to attend to....

Yun ang nangyari sa pag-uusap or well pagkikita namin ni Veronica nung isang araw.. at nandito kami ngayon ni Bryle sa isang Restaurant malapit sa school at dito ko plano sasabihin sa kanya ang nangyari sa amin ni Veronica nung isang araw...

"Bryle.." I tried to open a conversation

"Bakit?" tanong niya while reading the Menu

"I need to tell you something important so please listen carefully.." I told him and he looked at me intently..

"Go on what is it?" tanong niya and I know he's anticipating... okay here hoes nothing....

"Nung isang araw nagkita kami ni Veronica...." Hindi ko oa natapos ang sasabihin ko nagsalita na ssiya...

"Bakit ka nakipag kita sa kanya:?" mahina niyang sabi pero alam kong galit na siya ayaw niya lang ipa kita...

"Please makinig ka lang muna sa sasabihin ko.. wag ka magsalita unless matapos ako..." sabi ko at nagsalita na ulit..

"She told me she's ill and she wants me to let her borrow you just for a month to reconcile with her after her time comes..." I told him and he's firing with anger...

"JAMIE BRIANA.. DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR'E SAYING? YOU GAVE ME TO HER?" He said blazing with anger....

"Hindi kita binigay sa kanya.. I told her I would never.. I told her to wait for OUR response that I still need to talk to you about that matter so don't jump into conclusion..." I said then he faced me I was shivering with fear to what I'm seeing at him right now.. I know he's mad but he's just forcing it... 

"I. WILL. NEVER..." Mautoridad niyang sabi at iniwan ako sa resto... Naiyak nalang ako.. Bakit ba nangayari to? Eh perpekto na lahat ehhh *sniff*

Bryle's POV

It's not my intention to leave Brie there.. But I just need Fresh air to cool myself....While I am about to ride to my car someone called me when I looked at who is calling I saw Veronica's mom.. Tita Mina......
