Mahi goes to Veer's room.
M:Hey Veer..come for dinner.I cooked it.

V:You cooked it?
He laughs.
M:Why are you laughing?
V:I can't believe that you cooked.
Josh comes.
J:Veer..you should taste today's dinner.Mahi is a great cook.
V:Really?Then i have to eat it.
Veer and Josh sit to have dinner.Mahi is tensed about Veer's response.
Veer tastes the dishes.
V:Wow!To be frank you made delicious dishes for us Mahi.Your husband will be lucky to have you as his wife.The way to a man's heart is through his stomach.Right?

Mahi becomes serious.Josh smiles hearing what Veer said.

That night she thinks about Veer's words.

Mahi wakes up from the bed.
She sees Josh with a cup.

She smiles.

J:Here is the cold chocolate milk for you.During Summer you prefer cold chocolate.Right?

She smiles.She sips the cold chocolate drink.
M:Where is Veer?
J:He is busy with the birthday party preparations.
M:What?Party?
J:Yes.
M:No need.
J:Tell Veer.I don't think he will agree.
"I won't cancel the party".
Veer comes inside saying this.
M:But Veer..
V:This maybe your first and last birthday with me.So i want to celebrate it.
It touches Mahi's heart.

Mahi wears a beautiful white attire for the party and enters the party hall.The hall is dim.Only candle light.
Veer and Josh to her.

J:The full credit goes to Veer.He only did the full decoration.He made this evening special for you.

Veer smiles.Mahi looks into his eyes.
Josh goes to receive the guests.
M:Why are you doing this much for me?
V:Because you did so much for me.You changed me a lot.You saved me from a down fall.Shall i tell you one more thing?
M:Yes.
V:Now i don't think about my past.Only your friendship is there in my mind.
Mahi becomes serious.
Veer notices it.
V:What happened Mahi?You look so serious and dull.
She smiles:Nothing like that.

Mahi blows the candle while Josh and Veer sing the birthday song.She cuts the cake and gives the first piece to Josh.The second piece is for Veer.
All the couples are dancing.
Josh goes to Mahi and Veer:You both dance.
V:I can't dance.
J:Don't worry.Mahi is a good dancer.She loves to dance at parties.She will guide you.Right Mahi?
She smiles simply.
