This is Frostbite. His original story was that he was a normal IceWing with one small flaw that makes him different from everyone else. He had too much ice in his scales. He was secretly Glaciers son, but no one knows except for Snowfall and Glacier (which won't help because she's dead.). He is in the Second Circle, and even though he was only 10 when the war ended, he was very helpful during it. It is like Peril's firescales; fire nor water will hurt him, and fireproof scales won't work now, Clay! He is sent away to live with Current, a SeaWing who has to much water. Who ever he touches (Except for Current or anyone like her) turns to ice. His scales are white and his eyes are such a dark blue that they look black. His horns are tipped with a periwinkle color, and that goes for his tail horns and tip. His claws are extremely sharp, and he's a powerful flier. He can't swim because the water will freeze if he touches it. DRAW IT TO ADOPT IT!
