If ever you need my help, I will help you." He told him and left. Uncle... Wangji... Wanyin – wait for me! He thought as he sped up, going to the direction of the Cloud Recesses.
Meng Yao watched as Lan Xichen left. Then, he took out two pieces of papers from his sleeve. The first one is the letter sent to Lan Xichen by his uncle telling him that the Cloud Recesses is safe. It was sent three days ago. The second one is the score of a certain song. He only read a book while Lan Xichen was asleep.
"Calming the mind and heart... what if one note was changed?" he said, remembered Nie Mingjue's bad temper. "I should pick up the pace." He said, referring to his plans.
