I have lied and sinned and maybe even killed
I regret every moment
Like my last breath
I am not skilled
I am not a monument
I am not in good health
I am just a sin
That doesn't deserve the sun
But I want to be forgiven for taking away a son
A daughter
A mother
A father
Myself
I regret every moment
I deserve the punishment for my crimes
But give me a second chance to become a monument
Give me a second to rhyme
Little babies to sleep
Give me a second chance...
I'll do better...
