Which way is right?
What of my plight?
Is their laughter worth my slight?
Right and left they mock me as shut,
Should I stand and fight?
Is their acceptance worth this?
Me reduced to tears and a sorry sight.
Is this the price I have to pay?
Is their acceptance worth my tolerance?
Or should I save nine stitch,
And just ditch.
